Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All items are final sale, no returns, unless prespecified by a sales agent and printed on the final invoice. In special situations when returns are approved after the final invoice, returns may be accepted, full box only, with a minimum 25% restocking fee. This return needs approval of a manager and needs to be accompanied by the original receipt within 3 months of the purchase date.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@localflooringgroup.com, or call us at 306-280-5877.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please visit our physical location, or ship to 101A English Crescent, Saskatoon, SK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
