All items are final sale, no returns, unless prespecified by a sales agent and printed on the final invoice. In special situations when returns are approved after the final invoice, returns may be accepted, full box only, with a minimum 25% restocking fee. This return needs approval of a manager and needs to be accompanied by the original receipt within 3 months of the purchase date.
